Most of these are from the southern end of the island, by our hotel,
near Papagayo.
The shot from the air is of the northwest coast. The rock in my hand is
between 13 and 15 million years old.
And that curious guy in the middle is on a wall in front of an original
house that sits in front of the immense Papagayo Arena hotel.
There is another construction project going on behind that house
as well. But, this guy ain't moving. I think that statue he put in
front of his house is a sign of defiance. Good for him!
